The Cuban Blueprint is a progressive training series taught by Barbaro, professionally trained at the Conjunto Folklórico Nacional de Cuba. Each module combines authentic Cuban technique, musicality and practical social dancing through intensive coaching, personal feedback and hands-on training.

Every month can be taken as a standalone module, while dancers following the full Blueprint journey benefit from the deepest progression and integration of all concepts.

November focuses on Afro-Cuban roots and musical interpretation. You'll learn how to recognise, understand and respond to the music while enriching your movement with authentic Afro-Cuban influences.

By the end of November, you will:
